– Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour will not be refunded.
– No-shows or late arrivals will not be refunded.
– We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule tours due to weather, safety, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such
cases, a full refund or alternative date will be offered.
3. Customer Responsibilities
– You must arrive at the meeting point on time and follow all instructions provided by the tour guide.
– Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and safety during the tour.
– Las Vegas Tours Guide is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage incurred during the tour.
4. Changes to Tours- Tour routes, durations, and stops may vary depending on traffic, weather, and operational needs.
– We reserve the right to make changes to our offerings without prior notice.
5. Limitation of Liability

consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or website.
